This includes planning, engineering, obtaining all necessary permits, coordinating each phase of construction, and ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Scope: In-ground pool (design flexible based on what is realistic for the budget)

Looking for someone who can:
Provide or coordinate engineering plans
Handle or assist with permitting
Source materials and labor
Manage all construction stages
Communicate transparently with updates
Work on a commission/fee structure we agree upon

Understands local building codes and permit requirements
Has connections with subcontractors (excavation, concrete, plumbing, electrical, finishing, etc.)
