Black Label Marine Group, one of the fastest-growing marine dealerships in the country, is seeking a dependable, experienced Boat Detailer / Lot Operations Associate to join our team in Pinellas Park.
This full-time position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can manage tasks both independently and as part of a team. The right candidate will have prior detailing experience and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Wash, dry, and professionally detail boats and trailers
Prep boats for delivery and maintain a clean, showroom-ready presentation
Maintain an organized and professional lot appearance
Assist with boat shows, inventory check-ins, and general facility maintenance
Operate forklifts, trailers, and related equipment (training available if needed)
Requirements
Prior experience detailing boats, vehicles, or similar equipment is required
Reliable transportation
Ability to work outside in Florida heat and humidity
Strong time management and attention to detail
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
