We are growing and have a great opportunity for a Enhancements Foreman to join our Team. This role will lead teams of Landscape Crews while supervising the day-to-day operations of our clients’ needs.
Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in Pinellas, FL.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate: Organize job sites, schedule work, and assign tasks to crew members.
Supervise: Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
Train: Teach crew members about landscaping techniques and safety.
Maintain: Ensure that landscaping projects are of high quality.
Ensure safety: Follow safety and security protocols and ensure a safe work environment.
Troubleshoot: Identify and fix problems with grounds maintenance.
Manage equipment: Ensure that the right tools and equipment are available.
Skills and qualifications:
Knowledge of common landscape problems and deficiencies.
Ability to work with hand and power tools, skid steer and lift.
Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring To Us:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Ability to prioritize and provide excellent client service.
Valid driver’s license required of at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with Aspire software a plus.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly desired.
