We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader with expertise in windows and doors to lead and manage our door-knocking crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with window and door installations, as well as the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a canvassing team.
In addition, we are also looking for enthusiastic Door Knockers with knowledge of windows and doors to join our team.
Key Responsibilities for Crew Leader:
Lead and manage a crew of door knockers
Oversee window and door installations
Train and motivate the canvassing team
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities for Door Knockers:
Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads
Engage with potential customers about window and door solutions
Provide basic information on our products and services
Requirements for Both Roles:
Experience with windows and doors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
