Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and hardworking Construction Laborers to assist with various tasks related to post-hurricane recovery and repair. This is a physically demanding position, requiring hands-on labor, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup.
Support skilled trades (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with manual tasks.
Load and unload construction materials and tools.
Operate basic equipment such as jackhammers, drills, and saws.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Ability to work in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, and rainy environments.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work long hours, including weekends, if necessary.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Prior construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
