Im looking to Add some New People to the Team.
Im ONLY looking for the BEST, and that also has Experience. You MUST be able to work at a Fast Pace and Meet Dead Lines.
The Job Positions are at 2 Different Commercial Apartment Complex Propertys.
I currently already have Cleaners but we are Growing rapidly and its yet again time to bring on more people.
(PROPERTY #1) has over 600 Units and has Constant Work - Biggest Property they have 22 Different Buildings, 3 Floor Buildings. Its VERY LARGE
(PROPERTY #1) - Includes Cleaning the Common Areas 3 Times a week and Also Cleaning Apartments when people move out or Touch ups.
Common Cleaning - Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
Monday's being the Most Important and you would want to start around 7 or 8 at the latest on Mondays because its the First day of the week.
The Commons Pay a Garanteed $500 eqch week, because they will need to be done weekly.
Then You have Unit Cleans that will need to be cleaned.
Flat PAY Per Unit:
(1B1B) - $100
(2Bed-2Bath) -$150
(Town Homes). - $200
These are Set Prices For Each Unit.
BUT we do charge EXTRA for Certain Things out side the Normal Scope of cleaning, such as EXTERIOR Window Cleaning in each unit with a Min of (4 Windows) but could be (7) or (13) Dependinh on the Unit.
(4) = $40
(7) = $70
(13) = $130
EACH Exterior Window Cleaned Is an Extra Charge = ($10 EACH)
Each Exterior Window Cleaned TOP and BOTTOM of Window.
Must use Microfiber Towels NOT Paper towels that leave fibers or smugges.
Property #1 You can easily make $2000+ a Week.
(PROPERTY #2) - Unit Cleaning
1Bed - $100
2Bed - $125
3Bed - $150
No Exterior Windows get cleaned at Property #2.
Property #2 Is a Newer Property and is Much easier because its 10 years newer and all the units are easily accessible from the Parking Garage you drive up.
This Property you will start out Cleaning 2 Units a Day, with Set Dates in advance.
Cleaning Supplies are Provided By the Properties. Unless you decide you prefer to use somthing else that makes your job easier.
Iv done every single Department From Painting, Repairs, Installs, Commons and Unit Cleaning.
I already know the things that will make your Job as easy as possible. Or if you have Questions its Better to ask.
VERY IMPORTANT - You are paid by the Job NOT by the Hour MEANING, if you miss somthing or don't do somthing You will HAVE to go Back, and you dont get paid for Double Trips, So please Keep that in Mind.
YOU are your own Boss. On this Team HONESTY IS #1 - Im not going to baby sit you, or Micromanage. Im Going to Trust that you are Always going to do the Right thing and Let your Work Speak for its self. If you Break that Trust 1 Time, you Can NOT Get it back, just FYI
I Will walk you're Work, so Please don't make me feel bad for have to have you go back Double Trips Cost "You" Money. Because TIME is MONEY!

REQUIREMENTS
FYI- I DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT YOUR BACKROUND Just be honest (because ill still probably check for the safety of my clients and residence)
With that said though, The Hardest, Most Loyal, Honest working people I know, have a background. I believe People deserve second chances. Especially if it's something stupid a long time ago.
(Except Pedophiles, or Sex Offenders, they can rot in hell, and won't get shit from me exceptAnyways Back to job thing)
1.) You MUST have you're Own transportation, EXPECIALLY working on Property #1.
2.) You or Someone With you, MUST have atleast a ID Card, Passport, DL, Any Form of Identification, because it will be Needed when Checking Keys out. Mostly on Property #1.
3.) Willing and Able to Work Monday-Sunday if its Needed. I try to get all the work done that needs to be done During the week, so the Team doesn't have to work on the Weekends, But if its needed its Needed. Plus remember The More Work you Do the More Money you Make
