This is for a Moving Company. You will be working with 1-3 other employees moving houshold goods with a moving truck. Customer service is key to this role. You will be the front line of our company. You must keep the customer happy. Pay is not in accordance with experience instead with performance. If you can perform in this role, your pay will reflect it.
Job description:
-Ensuring all standard procedures are met. (Wrapping, blankets, organization, etc. Will teach our procedures)
-Driving (15ft - 26ft box trucks)
-Loading/stacking
-Managing moving team (2-5 movers)
-Responsible for all equipment
(Dollies, blankets, drill/tools)
-Customer service (paperwork/pre-calls while in route)
Qualifications:
-Bilingual preferred
-Valid DL
-Experience managing
-Experience moving
-Min 21 age
This will be approximately 20-40hrs /week on job site.
I will update the schedule as jobs are booked. I will teach our standard practices here.
You will need to work with different personalities, while maintaining the work practices of the movers. This position cannot be faked. You must have experience in these fields.
Just give me advance of when you need off.
Pay is weekly, with 1 week in the hole.
Salary: $750.00 per week
