Supported Living Coach (SLC)

We are looking for a Supported Living Coach to join our winning team in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding Counties. Our Ideal Candidate is someone who's passionate about working with Individuals with Intellectual and Mental disabilities, and is a self-starter, punctual and reliable person. Some of the duties of a SLC would be assisting the individual with grocery shopping, Doctors/Dentist appointments, assisting the individual with engaging in different community events and outings, assisting him or her to develop and maintain personal care and Safety skills. Accurately document all services provided. Communicate and coordinate with Personal Support Staff, Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, requirements of APD and other regulatory agencies. Maintains and update all required documentation in a timely manner. Must already have your SLC Pre-Service Certificate and Social Security Work Incentive Certificate (SSWI).
