Caregiver/ Roomate

Looking for roommate willing to provide light caregiving duties in my 3/2 pool Clearwater home in exchange for reduced rent of $500. Pvt room and bathroom. Near US 19 and 1-275. NS ND no pets clean background check. Must have own transportation, and can be employed outside the home but be willing to provide light caregiving duties and some housework/ laundry with meal prep for fairly independent handicapped, SWF 60 years old in a wheelchair.
