Looking for the right fit for my caregive team for my special needs brother and elderly father. Long term members desired. My right hand member since 2019 is relocating out of state :(
Family oriented.
Non-negotiable:
1) L2 clearance required.
2) Independent contractor role through an APD Agency for a private family. The compensation is not under the table. With the exception of additional cash provided for helping with my father.
3) HIPPA & Zero Tolerance on line modules will have to be complete before start of work. Three additional modules will be required within a week of beginning work.
4) Overnight Stays Required
5) Minimum 2 days / nights week or weekend (approximately 32 billable hours, approximate $570 before taxes).
9:30am - 9:30am
There is up to 4 days / nights available if desired.
Experience with developmental disability a plus but not required. I have trained (3) previous long term team members. I have also had (2) previous long term live in caregivers. If you have any interest, this can be discussed further after 90 days.
