Outpost is seeking ServSafe Certified prep person for part-time morning work. Duties include safe handling of proteins and sides, portioning, packaging, and maintaining strict food safety standards, following recipes, attention to detail and cleanliness. Initial role will involve small-batch prep, dish and getting kitchen ready for the day. Self starter a must. Maintaining consistency with our recipes is very important.
Mornings 25-35 hours a week
Requirements:
Current ServSafe Manager Certification
Protein prep, portioning and cold storage handling experience
Good communication skills for process improvement feedback
Attention to detail and cleanliness
