Searching for a part time\full time Broiler\Grill cook. Ideal candidate will be well rounded in working on a hot line in a fine dining establishment, as well as experience with production cooking for banquet events. The more well rounded the candidate the more hours will be available. Requirements are as follows, but not limited to the following:
Minimum 2 years experience as a line cook
Being well versed on various stations throughout the kitchen is a plus
Must have experience with cooking steaks to proper temp
Must posses quality knife skills
Maintains a professional attitude at all times
