Candidate must have Hotel Maintenance Supervisory experience
Must have a vehicle with a Valid Drivers License to pick up supplies when needed.
Experience in the following areas: PTAC repairs, Swimming Pool maintenance, Washers, Driers, etc.
Prepare preventive maintenance program in all rooms to meet Wyndham Standards along with Guest Satisfaction
Oversee the maintenance staff on daily projects.
Hours will vary depending on hotel business and staffing(Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays, on call if necessary)
Certifications will be helpful.
Cost Control on repairs, ordering, inventory.
Communication with all staff and guests.
Reports directly to the General Manager/Assistant General Manager
No Attendance Issues/Tardiness Issues.
Reference checks will be conducted.
