This Raw Bar, Ocean Ink, is focused on local shrimp, a wide range of Oysters, Lobster Rolls, along with a variety of seafood sandwiches and Tacos. Everything Fresh. Everything Top of the Line. Therefore, the bar will bring the same high quality game. You'll be a part of an upscale restaurant and street side courtyard bar, backed by professional food and beverage programs. Applicants should display a strong foundation in food and beverage, adding a desire to learn. A basic understanding of food ingredients, cocktails, beer and wine is a value. Training will be provided.
