cook in a diner, afternoon shifts, 3 days a week

I am looking for a cook in a diner, afternoon shifts: Wed, Fri and Sat 4-8pm. Must have experience working breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Open availability, including holidays (Thanksgiven, Christmas, New Year, Easter). On occasion, it should be able to work 1 shift 11-8 pm (every other month approx)
