- Maintain access and security of the environments, the application, physical access, and data privacy and security.
- Maintain privacy and security for HIPAA compliance, including policies and procedures, SSAE 18 preparation and audits, and SOC and other audits as required for privacy and security.
- Maintain security, including P&Ps, detection, and prevention alerts for unusual access and privacy events and activity.
- Design, build, and maintain application infrastructure and performance, including development, systems integration, and production environments.
- Maintain service desk tickets and restoration of service according to service level objectives of the infrastructure and applications running in the infrastructure.
- Maintain network connectivity, firewalls, load balancers for infrastructure.
- Create and maintain infrastructure measurements and alerts for all activity, including operational metrics and over threshold activity for attention and/or intervention.
- Create and maintain backups for all data in all environments and infrastructure according to policy and procedures
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure systems administration
- 5+ years of experience in office products and other commercial-off-the-shelf administration tools
- Participate in the Impact analysis of any changes in infrastructure for application changes
- 7+ years of experience in service desk problem source identification
- Ensuring high quality deliverables from self and juniors in the team
