Job Title: SMT OperatorLocation: Oldsmar / Tampa, FLPay Rate: $18-21 per hourJob Description: We are seeking a diligent SMT Operator to perform surface mount assembly of printed circuit boards.Key responsibilities include:
Preparing production lines and monitoring quality levels during production runs.
Setting up and verifying feeders, operating SMT screen printers, and ensuring ESD compliance.
Following ISO process sheets, handling materials, and loading reels and programs into machines.
Assisting in machine change-overs and maintaining department records.
Developing a thorough understanding of department processes.
Conducting visual inspections to ensure correct component placement and logging defects.
Managing non-conforming materials and communicating equipment or program issues to relevant support teams.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
