With nearly 4,000 professionals across 85+ branches, we provide specialized services in geotechnical engineering, environmental, materials testing, and inspection.About The Role:The National Account Project Coordinator responsible for overseeing multi-disciplinary projects across the country from initiation to completion. The project coordinator will prepare proposals, communicate with clients, source new sales opportunities, route qualified opportunities to sales executives, coordinate projects, track schedules, manage budgets and ensure compliance with regulations.Responsibilities:

Prepare proposals for various projects across geographies.

Estimating.

Understand requirements for specific accounts.

Track active projects to meet deadlines.

Build relationships with clients.

Communicate with internal and external customers daily.

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads

Follow up with outbound calls and emails

Routing qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Generate financial statements and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, geology, or another related field.

OR 5+ years of demonstrated success in coordinating projects on a national level

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Have an understanding of construction services and consulting.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness with project results.

Comfortable with accounting terms and procedures
