Project Manager/estimator Needed

Tampa Bay Area Civil Site Contractor seeking motivated and experienced Project Manager/Estimator for full time position. Applicant must have (5) five to (10) years of experience and a proven track record. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required, although extensive relevant experience may be consider in lieu of degree. The successful candidate should have the excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities. Must be very proficient in bidding a variety of Civil projects which includes, but is not limited to Residential Sub-Divisions, Commercial Sites, FDOT Projects, Municipal and Heavy-Highway. Selected candidate will be responsible for creating and managing an Estimating department. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding bid documents; the ability to generate accurate, comprehensive and profitable proposals; project management skills to perform plan take-offs and earthwork takeoffs; and the skills to communicate effectively with vendors/suppliers to negotiate and obtain prices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required. . Salary commensurate with experience, benefits offered.
