Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products or services
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications:
No Experience Necessary, training will be provided.
Must be US Citizen and US Resident
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass a skill assessment and 7-Year background check (all are encouraged to apply)
Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
