Self Storage Property Manager Wanted
Looking for both FULL TIME & PART TIME (20-24 HRS WEEKLY)
Not a "starter position," but looking for an experienced, well-qualified candidate.
Requirements:
Good computer skills,
Ability to walk/show customer's around the property (multi-acreage),
Ability to deal with customers in person, on the telephone, via website, email, etc.
Ability to work with/handle truck rental program,
Must be able to take payments, process credit cards, checks, money orders,
Marketing - Must be able to reach out to apartment communities, boat/rv sales centers, to increase occupancy.
Must meet physical requirements (walking around the property, lifting garage/unit doors, cleaning, etc)
Benefits:
$16 to $18 Per Hour, Based on Experience
PTO earned based on how many hours worked
No other benefits at this time
