We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/ job scheduler to work with our team in the areas scheduling jobs and projects, coordination with customers and installation techs, confirming work progress with our field techs, assisting with job logistics, and providing ongoing progress and status update reports to our customers.
Requirements:
Must have Experience with scheduling techs for installations and projects, coordinating with customers, organizing and working with ongoing projects, and providing progress updates to customers
Good Organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude, problem solver, and enjoys helping others
Proficient with Excel, and Outlook
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar or related positions
Must have good references
Trustworthy, good character, and integrity are all highly valued
