We are HVAC and Roofing Company seeking a Customer Service Manager / Dispatcher to oversee our customer service team and manage the dispatching of service technicians for our growing air conditioning service business. This individual will lead a team of customer service representatives, handle a high volume of customer calls (75+ calls per day), and coordinate scheduling for appointments. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader, capable of handling customer service issues, managing field technician dispatching, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
