We're seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure our community runs smoothly and efficiently.
Job Summary
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the community’s operations, including resident relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, marketing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the mobile home park
Ensure resident satisfaction and manage resident relations
Market and lease available homes and lots
Collect rent and enforce community rules
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work
Manage vendor relationships and contracts
Maintain accurate records, including budgets, occupancy, and maintenance logs
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Address and resolve resident issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
Proven experience in property management, preferably in manufactured housing or residential communities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repair
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bilingual is a plus
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
