Mitigation/Restoration Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Restoration Mitigation Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of mitigation and restoration efforts, ensuring timely project completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee restoration mitigation projects, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage.

Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.

Lead project teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and other relevant personnel.

Conduct site assessments to determine the scope of work, damage levels, and project needs.

Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for each project.

Handle documentation, including estimates, change orders, and final project reports.

Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the restoration process.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in restoration mitigation, disaster recovery, or construction project management.

Strong knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using project management software and related tools.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD) or similar certifications preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred, but not required.
