National commercial roof consulting company headquartered in South Pasadena, Florida is seeking an individual to assist with handling our travel expense credit card processing & auditing for up to 5 hrs per week - flexible schedule. This is a remote working opportunity; therefore, a computer/laptop, printer, good internet connection is required.
Responsibilities:
-WEEKLY: Review travel credit card receipts uploaded to our portal by our (16) technicians
-WEEKLY: Ensure technicians are adhering to company credit card policy
-MONTHLY: Prepare follow-up inquiry emails for missing receipts or receipts that require further clarification
-MONTHLY: Prepare credit card summary worksheets per technician for further review by accounting dept.
-MONTHLY: Prepare credit card summary worksheet for posting activity to our accounting software
Requirements:
-Microsoft Excel
-Adobe or equivalent pdf editing software a plus
