Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Previous experience as an account manager preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
-The ability to adjust formulas and macros in Excel is a PLUS!
Pay: Salary $375/per week
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule: Day Shift 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm (Max hours, tasks may be done in less time)
