WELDERS: Join a well-established trailer manufacturing team in Thomasville, GA, specializing in high-quality flatbed trailers. We’re looking for skilled welders who take pride in clean welds and can handle high-production work with precision. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and experienced with MIG welding on steel, we want to hear from you.

salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on steel components used in flatbed trailer assembly

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect finished welds for structural soundness and quality

Collaborate with other fabricators and production staff to meet build schedules

Assist with fitting, grinding, and prep work as needed

Follow company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or trailer-building environment preferred

Proficient in MIG welding (experience with flux core and stick a plus)

Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and fabrication schematics

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods, and working in a hot/fast-paced shop

work ethic and attention to detail

Must pass a weld test

The essential functions of this job include:

PAINT SUPERVISOR: We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Paint Supervisor to lead our Paint Department at a growing trailer manufacturing facility. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the paint line, ensuring quality control, workflow efficiency, safety compliance, and team development.

salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of painters and prep workers across multiple shifts.

Manage scheduling, delegation of tasks, and ensure production goals are met.

Monitor surface preparation, primer application, paint finish, and curing processes.

Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of paint booths, equipment, and PPE.

Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards and prevent rework.

Train team members on proper painting techniques and safety protocols.

Order and manage inventory of paints, solvents, and related materials.

Collaborate with Production and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve paint-related issues.

Enforce company policies and OSHA safety standards in the paint area.

Requirements:

3+ years of industrial painting experience, preferably in trailer or automotive manufacturing.

1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience.

knowledge of paint types, mixing, and application processes (spray gun, powder coating a plus).

Familiar with ventilation systems, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
