DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide courteous and efficient technical support to users, ensuring that interactions are positive, and issues are resolved promptly.
Assist in resolving basic user issues related to system access, software usage, and hardware functionality.
Communicate with users to understand their needs and provide explanations for any technical actions taken.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
Perform routine system monitoring and maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and performance checks.
Help manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts as needed.
Support the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Document network configurations and maintain records of changes.
Follow established security protocols to protect systems from unauthorized access or breaches.
Assist in applying security patches and updates to ensure systems are up-to-date.
Help enforce compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding IT security.
Documentation and Procedures
Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, including configuration settings, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Assist in developing and documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Conduct basic research on new technologies and tools that could improve system performance or efficiency.
Participate in training sessions and stay current with emerging trends in systems administration.
Assist in coordinating with vendors for hardware, software, and service acquisitions.

REQUIREMENTS :
2 years of experience in computer systems analysis, Cybersecurity or network infrastructure systems and services.
Alternatively, an Associate's degree in a relevant field coupled with at least one year of relevant experience in computer systems analysis, Cybersecurity or network infrastructure systems and services.
