In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program; paid time off for vacation, holidays and sick days; and much more.Expected salary range of $72,000 to $80,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONThe Construction Project Administrator is responsible for providing support to the project management staff by assisting in the day-to-day operations of the project team. The Project Administrator will manage the administrative functions of large-scale, commercial construction projects including: managing project files, submittals, badging and reports, as well as coordinating meetings and schedules for project managers, clients and subcontractors. Additionally, they will professionally represent the Constellation team by understanding and acting by the company's core values and leading by example.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintain hard copy and electronic project files. (5%)

Assists team in invoice coding and approvals as requested. (5%)

Requests and tracks subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders and subcontractor insurance certificates. (10%)

Prepares and submits client billings and lien releases. (5%)

Coordinate and support client specific contractual requirements (i.e. building permits, contractor's license, certificate of insurance, emergency phone list and safety program documents, drug awareness program, MSDS sheets for jobsite, and any other required State / Federal job site posters). (5%)

Assists with the development of project documentation- daily reports, 2 week look-ahead, labor forecast, schedule updates, etc. (20%)

Compiles submittal and O&M/start-up books as requested by project managers. (10%)

Reviews and distributes documents/correspondence to field personnel and other key parties as needed. (10%)

Effectively & accurately communicate relevant project information to project team. (10%)

Manages customer badging / ID process (if applicable). (5%)

Processes background investigation documentation for direct and subcontractor personnel. (5%)

Assist in researching, compiling, and processing documentation for legal matters. (5%)

Scheduling, coordination and documentation of project related meetings. (5%)

POSITION SPECIFICATIONSMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma and 5+ years of construction administrative experience.

Well-versed in the construction industry.

Must have fundamental working knowledge of and understand contract language as it pertains to scope of work and Terms and Conditions.

Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Well-versed in the construction industry.

Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree

Construction billing experience is preferred with AIA billing.

Experience with CostPoint Accounting software preferred.

Experience with Primavera P-6, Kahuna, ProCore, Microsoft Project, or similar commercial construction project management software.
