Job Description
Community Manager needed for an RV Park located in Bainbridge, GA. The position is best suited for a qualified candidate that would like to call this amazing community their home.
Position involves all aspects of RV Park management including checking guests in and out, leasing for long-term tenants, the supervision of maintenance staff, working with accounts receivable and communicating with the corporate office through property management software.
We are looking for an honest, long term employee who enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities
- Daily office and on-site duties, including leasing and showing of the property.
- Communicate tenant requests to head office, solicit bids from different vendors, and keep track of delinquency, and work-orders.
- Supervision of maintenance.
- Manage improvement projects.
- Use computer software to manage tenants and frequent reporting via phone and email to the corporate office.
Computer skills are a plus. An ideal candidate would have experience working in an RV community or multifamily housing.
Given the location, living on site is highly desirable. Rental credits are part of the compensation package.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,200 per month + free lot rent
