Client in Sunrise, FL is actively looking to hire a Business Analyst to their team on a permanent basis. The client is looking to hire a professional that is proficient in the following:
- Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
- Determine and assess need for additional project staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary, during project cycle
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Develops and maintains ERP system level forms
- Develops and delivers end user IT systems-related training in coordination with U.S. IT team
- Coordinates IT related projects or tasks with IT team based in U.S
- Strong knowledge and understanding of distribution and financial systems as related to ERP processes.
- Demonstrate knowledge with customer relation management (CRM) solutions
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Preference is to hire a professional with Infor ERP experience, but the client will hire a professional with a competitive solutions such as Sage, Epicor, NetSuite, etc.
- Working knowledge of financial systems, Multi-currency and Multi-VAT environment
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Experience deploying and managing customer relation management system
- Advanced SQL Server technologies
- Managing projects from initiating to close
- Strong experience working with project management software
- Working knowledge of business intelligence reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully accomplish projects.
- Excellent adaptability and versatility to successfully navigate a fast-growing and evolving work environment.
