Manually solder surface
Mount and thru-hole components on printed circuit boards
IPC-610 standards
Utilize microscopes, tweezers, and flux pens to ensure precise assembly
Interpret computerized blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly
Conduct first article inspections (FAI) to maintain quality standards
Utilize computers to manage workflow and document production processes
Qualifications:
Experience manually soldering PCB's
Proficiency in using microscopes for detailed work
Excellent hand dexterity for intricate tasks.
Basic computer skills for documentation and workflow management
