POSITION DETAILS/RESPONSIBILITIES…
- Establish yourself as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in financial systems and reporting. Support teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, and Finance.
- Provide technical and functional support for Oracle ERP including financials (Hyperion) and Accounting (Custom Apex Applications).
- Work collaboratively with team to design highly-complex business processes in systems configuration activities including build, testing, validation, and documentation of system changes. Work with the technical team to translate the business requirements to technical requirements and coordinate with the technical teams to obtain the desired functionality, including reporting and system interfaces.
- Assist in identification of opportunities for implementation of new features or features not currently in use, make recommendations and work with end-users to implement features or changes to improve efficiencies.
- Negotiate plans, timeframes, and trade-offs while ensuring client understands the final results of the project.
- Become the SME and system admin for Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence. Manage integrations between field time tracking solution and Workday. Support Payroll team with issues and report requests.
- Oracle EBS and Workday Payroll experience strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of financials and financial accounting
- Experience in the systems development, implementation, and operations of a large-scale, enterprise systems.
- Preferred experience with Hyperion and Workday financials.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage special projects as assigned and meet deadlines.
- Handle multiple tasks under dynamic and changing conditions.
