One Peak Solutions is seeking a reliable and detailed oriented individual to join our team as a part-time/full-time independent contractor. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own miles, gas, and taxes. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently, providing cleaning services to our clients.
Responsibilities
Perform Cleaning tasks at various client locations according to assigned schedules
Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to -offices, restrooms, common areas, and other spaces as required
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning as needed
Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
Communicated effectively with clients and respond to their specific cleaning needs
Keep accurate records of hours worked and tasks completed for billing purposes
Requirements
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Detail- oriented and thorough in performing cleaning tasks
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment
Must be responsible for your own miles, gas and taxes
Must successfully pass a background check
Must have general liability insurance
Compensation
$17-20 hour plus tips
Pay will be based on each job and will be paid weekly
