LOOKING FOR A RESIDENT MANAGER TEAM for Self-Storage facility in lovely St. Augustine, Florida.
U-Stor Management Corporation is looking for a DYNAMIC TEAM to live and work on-site. This is a 40/20 position for a TEAM OF 2.
Team must:
Have EXCELLENT leasing, collections, computer, banking, and marketing experience.
Proficient in technology applications such as storEDGE, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
Be energetic, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and flexible to changes/updates.
Be friendly, helpful, and professional on the phone, ensuring that all property amenities are relayed to callers.
Present a friendly, helpful, professional image to tenants and customers who come to the office.
Each be able to lift 50-lbs or more.
Team will clean vacated storage units, keep property free of trash/litter, and perform other light maintenance as needed.
Team should have related experience, such as: Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Apartment Management, Mobile Home Community Management or Self Storage Management.
Team will live on-site in a spacious house with new flooring and plenty of sunlight. House features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sunroom, kitchen, and formal dining room. Provided in compensation package: competitive wage, monthly bonus incentives, monthly mileage check, health insurance, vacation, apartment with utilities, and other benefits.
Resident Managers will be required to have/obtain and maintain current FL state driver's license, as well as reliable transportation, current car registration, and auto insurance.
Must pass background and credit check.
