Looking for individual to work in residential renovations. Full time. Pay based on skill, starting 20 per hour. Or salary pay. Proven skilled in exterior renovations demands top pay. The more skilled the better in all aspects of remodel.
Multi-skilled individual to perform in the following tasks;
Able to do vinyl siding, hardi board, soffit and fascia.
Able to do some carpentry.
Able to do exterior residential repairs.
Able to work with another person for a 2 man crew.
Must:
Have own transportation.
Able to use basic tools, saws etc.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Use a ladder
Wants to grow and learn in remodel.
No drugs or alcohol.
