My name is Paul mau I own a remodeling company based out of Palm bay.
I'm looking for the right person, someone that wants to learn the business and grow it with me. This isn't a hourly opportunity.
The right person would have the ability to get help in all aspects of remodeling.
I have a bunch of work. I can get more but I can't find the right person to bring along.
I did 110k last year and that was only on the books. I have a few realtors I work for and a few business owners as well. I do all kinda work. Tile, flooring, painting fence, deck I mean everything. I have 23 year experience and I'm only 41.
The will be percentage pay job. I get or you get a job and you get 33% I get 33% and the company gets 33of total gross on job. The company money goes to insurance new tools, shirts, gas etc.
I'm considering a sign on bonus for the right person to off set until the next jobs are lined up. Then You'll see a better picture of the income you'd make.
I would want to in the future if everything works out for you to get your own license along the way, so you can make even more money
