Applicant would oversee repairs and cleaning of efficiency units (<700 sq. ft.) at main property as well as rental properties (duplex/house) in Indialantic.
Responsibilities include:
Inventory and organization
Knowledge of basic to advanced home repair
Groundskeeping
Minor paint
Housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, etc.
Decoration of units
This job is not hourly; paid per task completed. You must have reliable transportation and cell phone/email to communicate with Management.
