Photonica USA in Cocoa Beach is looking for a results-driven Product Specialist to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be provided complete and appropriate training and solutions for every customer in order to boost revenue growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate for this position is financially motivated, goal oriented, and understands the benefit of selling big ticket items, resulting in uncapped commission opportunities. If you are dependable, self-disciplined, and able to perform under limited supervision, we want to hear from you. One year of previous sales experience is required.
Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads either through cold calling or warm leads provided to sales
Route and follow up with resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with other departments such as training and manufacturing
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling and closing skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
