Your Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our reach, developing relationships with customers, and driving sales and rental revenue. You’ll be the face of our company, delivering outstanding customer service while managing key accounts, securing new business, and collaborating with partners across the industry.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales & Revenue – Identify and close sales opportunities within the Florida market.

Expand Key Accounts – Strengthen relationships with existing customers and develop new ones.

Engage with Decision-Makers – Work closely with architectural, engineering, and design firms on product specifications.

Consultative Selling – Provide product recommendations, technical expertise, and solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

On-Site Visits & Presentations – Meet clients face-to-face, attend regional conferences, and lead product demonstrations.

Work with Distributors – Manage and oversee distribution partnerships for optimal efficiency.

Track Projects & Market Trends – Stay ahead of industry developments, pricing trends, and construction schedules.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with inside sales, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

3+ years of sales experience in construction-related industries (traffic safety, commercial, highway, or vertical construction preferred). Proven success in account management, customer service, and equipment rentals. Strong technical aptitude – Ability to read and interpret civil/site plans, construction schedules, and safety regulations (MUTCD standards a plus). Highly motivated & goal-oriented – You thrive on hitting targets and closing deals. Exceptional communication & negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
