Key Responsibilities:
You will answer incoming calls, mainly from Brevard County prospects during business hours, book appointments, go out and assess the situation, perform mold testing. This is an independent contractor position and you will be rewarded for bonus on every appointment you book and every business you get.
- Handle incoming calls from our business clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Convert calls to appointment and schedule bookings.
- Go out to the customer and perform the assessment or testing
- Generate and deliver detailed reports, offering clear recommendations based on findings.
