Busy, Established, Downtown Bar looking for Security Staff.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Respond promptly to incidents and take appropriate action
- Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or violations
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors as needed
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with security equipment such as I.D. Scanners, Metal Detectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and effective communication with team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Must possess a valid security certificate or be willing to obtain one
