SEEKING A PART TIME OR FULL TIME OFFICE ADMIN/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT FOR REAL ESTATE OFFICE. (LICENSE NOT REQUIRED) HOURS AND DAYS WORKED CAN BE FLEXIBLE BUT NEED AT LEAST WED, THUR & FRI. MUST HAVE EXCEL KNOWLEDGE AND PRIOR OFFICE EXPERIENCE. GENERAL OFFICE WORK SUCH AS FILING, PHONE CALLS, (INCLUDING RENT COLLECTION CALLS) WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS, DOC PREP, RUNNING ERRANDS AND GOING OUT IN FIELD TAKING PHOTOS OF PROPERTIES. MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BE OVER 25 YEARS OLD FOR COMMERCIAL AUTO INSURANCE ON COMPANY VAN. STARTING AT $15 PER HOUR PLUS SICK TIME.
