The job requirements are:
-Part time position.
-Must have experience and be fast and efficient.
-Must be able to handle Florida heat conditions.
-A clean driving record with current license is a huge plus for additional opportunities.
The housing benefit would consist of:
-Available after proven ability with job requirements.
-The living quarter are for a single occupant.
-Must be a private person who is clean and respectful of the arrangement.
