This individual should have basic knowledge of the restaurant industry such as rotating stock, some knife skills, temperature monitoring etc Must have some weekend availability but also weekdays. Please have reliable transportation and a willingness to work. Our work atmosphere is very laid back but at the same time we strive to put out only perfect dishes.
