Monitor security systems and conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety of residents and prevent vandalism.
Administer pest control measures to eliminate infestations and prevent future occurrences.
Record and manage inventory of property supplies, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and readiness for use.
Prior housekeeping/caretaking/dog sitting/ e-commerce/ photography experience a plus
