We are looking to immediately hire 2 Portfolio Property Managers, CAM. For a small but busy Property Management Company in Cocoa Beach. Must have at least one year experience and a CAM License.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of state rules and regulations surrounding property management, including Florida Statute 718.
Fully understand the financial aspects of property management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of building maintenance requirements.
Self-directed, motivated and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Google and the ability to learn new software.
CAM License required.
Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day administrative operation of the property including finances, administration and compliance with condominium documents and laws.
Work closely with accounting firm on accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, budgeting, audits, closings and payroll to ensure the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of finances, variance reports.
Work with Contractors, Vendors, Owners.
Preparation of documentation for all meetings, including board meetings, budget meetings, annual meetings, special meetings, elections.
Manage relationships with owners, including inquiries and complaints, while enforcing the Association’s governing documents and rules and regulations.
File and maintain all records for easy retrieval.
Prepare a detailed monthly Manager’s Report.
