In business since 1979, we are hiring a working manager to assist with all production aspects of operating an auto recycling facility, selling used auto parts back into the market. The ideal candidate will have experience in this role or a similar role within the industry.
Requirements include -
-Must have mechanical knowledge and ability to differentiate a core, defect and part not needed.
-Familiarity with EZ Suite products - Routing, Runner and Production manager
- Excellent understanding of production planning
- Strong leadership and communication skills including professional appearance and demeanor
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Computer skills. Prior Pinnacle Yard Management experience preferred.
Responsibilities include-
- Coordinate production workflow by communicating with the production team and management as needed.
- Oversee the production workflow board, managing and adjusting resources as needed.
-Oversee the delivery fleet, ensuring safe and timely delivery to customers.
-Oversee returns including defective parts, restock parts, and cores.
- Support the buying and inventory process utilizing BidBuddy, Inventory Buddy and Pinnacle WebApp is a plus.
- Assist the puller and dismantler positions in difficult to remove parts, new technology, etc.
- Lead and develop a team of production staff
-Processing paperwork on a computer related to production activities
- Any activities outside of the sales department
This position is a working position with some desk responsibilities. Pay will be discussed based on experience and the receipt of a qualified resume.
