Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and communications
Organize travel arrangements, events, and personal errands
Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
Monitor social media accounts and content scheduling
Help create marketing materials, presentations, and reports
Coordinate with vendors, designers, or freelancers as needed
Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports
Financial & Accounting Support
Track expenses, prepare invoices, and manage reimbursements
Reconcile accounts and support monthly financial reporting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Liaise with accountants, tax advisors, and financial institutions
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with best practices

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal/executive assistant, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
Background in marketing and financial accounting (minimum 2–3 years)
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
